I had an emergency at my property. My regular plumber wasn't quick to respond, so I called Mr. Rooter. Heather answered right away and was sympathetic to my situation. Once the plumber arrived, Nick diagnosed the situation and went above and beyond to ensure I knew exactly what was happening and what would be my responsibility vs. The HOA. I give Nick and Heather the gold star for service!

I had a visit with Nick Waugh today to help me understand why my pipes were getting clogged. He is very knowledgeable about how these houses were built, what can go wrong with them, and the efforts to repair them. He is also knowledgeable about the possible outcomes of insurance claims (if it comes to it). On top of all this, he is a nice and honest person - rare to find nowadays. I recommend him.

Sent a plumber 1 hour after my call, very impressed with this company honest with some humor, to calm me down from the mess we were dealing with. Plus solved our problem at 1 am when other 24/7 companies said would help. In those critical times of night when all were closed. All in all Luke Vickers though quite young, but very professional and calm when dealing with us, should receive a 5 star rating.
I could not be more pleased. My technician, Alex, was great. They addressed my problem same day. My plumbing system was clogged. He knew the issue immediately. I didn't have to wait 24 hours. It was after 5 on a Friday. I thought the price was fair.
Today we had Luke and Jacob. They came to check out our bathtub drain that was cemented shut, and they did really really try to fix it! It just wasn’t possible, which was absolutely expected. The next option was to replace the drain which is a 4-7 hour job. They, with no complaints or hesitations, returned to replace our drain the same day. They were super friendly and efficient; they didn’t mind any of the mess from us painting the house and were super respectful! These boys deserve a raise! haha!! They replaced the drain and quite literally saved our house! They also cleaned up and left no mess, they were really fast for how extreme of a job and they even tolerated the nosy neighbors harassing them! Overall 100/10 and the next time we have plumbing issues we’ll be calling these guys. also they’re super cute!
I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Bradenton. I had called another local company out to our property and not only were they not able to help, but they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for an unnecessary service to "fix" my problem. Within 10 minutes of Nick showing up (exactly on time), he fixed the problem for a few hundred dollars. Their technician, Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I will definitely call Mr. Rooter back if I need their services again.

I called because my AC air handler was leaking all over the garage floor. It was the best service call experience I ever had. They could come out the same day. They gave me a set time and were here at that time. No window waiting. The receptionist was more than helpful. The servicemen were professional and respectful. They listened to my issues and found the problem right away. They did up and beyond the call that they came out for. I highly recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and they give you the cost of the job upfront. They showed me the problems and resolved them quickly. Free of charge they checked out all of the plumbing in the house to make sure nothing was leaking as well as my hot water heater. If I could give them a higher rating I would do so. Had an issue with our pipes backing up. I called Mr Rooter an a technician by the name of Nick came out. Nick was very courteous and immediately investigated the problem and determined that we had two issues, one was a full septic tank that should be service, and the other that our pipes had an extreme amount of build up. We decide to call a septic tank service he recommended to take care of the issue, but went with MR Rooter service to clean the drain pipes. Nick was prompt and very professional, he was determined that the job was going to come out right, they stayed with it, putting in many hours. When the job was done they cleaned everything up, and the pipes drained like they never did before. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received and would highly recommend this company. My drain got clogged, I called Mr. Rooter and Nick came right away, fixed our drain, and recommended a hydro scrub which we later did with him as well. He did a great job and explained the whole process to us.

I had a toilet blocked on Sunday and called Mr Rooter Immediately I was impressed by the person answering the phone and her professionalism. Luke arrived shortly after and after being a bit surprised how young he seemed I soon realized he was very knowledgeable. The problem turned out to be a lot worse than he thought and he explained everything and let me see the main problem. He was there a long time and finally had everything fixed. To say he was amazing and so polite and professional. I would highly recommend this technician and this company.

I was in a mess ! Both toilets had clogged and sewage was coming up in shower and tub! The company I had previously used did not do emergency calls. I called M. Rooter and within 30 minutes , Luke and Andrew showed up and worked until almost 10 pm to correct my problem. I highly praise their work and professionalism!

Alex was very punctual and cleaned out a neighborhood drainage pipe for us. He came within hours of calling and spent a few hours working to get all the sludge and branches cleaned out. He was awesome and courteous and hard working.

My boyfriend called yesterday, they came out respectfully and efficiently. In the end of the service yesterday, the tech figured out it was a county issues with the main line. Which was yuck, but beyond appreciative of his diagnosis for the issue because other homes in neighborhood and the surrounding area had plumbers and those were milking the time and service on customers or even struggling to diagnose the issue. It was really sad to see. Very happy with his work - blanking on his name right now but will add that later for him to hopefully get some praise from the company! Hopefully we won't need them again, but will definitely call if we do!
This review is for Luke Vickers whom I believe works in the Bradenton location. This will be the second review I have done pertaining to this company. Again the company meets my expectations. Luke came out to my home yesterday to discuss and review some concerns I was having with my Mobile Home. He greeted me with a smile, excellent customer service skills. He was professional very knowledgeable and honest with me which is extremely important to me when dealing with any company. Work done for me previously by this company I have no problems with. Everything works as it should. So I will be using them again to complete some work shortly. Excellent, professional, quick and very hard working. We have 1 bathroom that as not working. The crew started at noon and stayed until midnight to get the job done. This is the second time I used them. If you want great service at a fair price try Mr. Rooter. Luke Vickers and his crew were outstanding. If I have any other issues, I'll be asking for him.
I highly recommend Mr Rooter! Luke and his trainee Carter were extremely polite, respectful, and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. They cleared the clogged drain, replaced a leaky toilet shutoff, and answered all of my questions about my old cast iron pipes and what we could do to fix them. I will be using them again!!
